A hair salon in Rawalpindi built on time, not turnover.

We could fit more chairs and more appointments into the same room. We decided not to, and that single decision explains most of what we do differently.

The story

It started with a bad haircut and a long drive home.

Our founders spent years working chairs in busy Rawalpindi and Islamabad salons, where the brief was volume: get them in, get them out, book the next one. The work was fine. It was rarely good, and it was almost never personal.

In 2016 they took a small unit on Saidpur Road and opened Premium Hair Salon with a deliberately awkward rule. Every appointment gets a consultation, and no stylist takes a second client until the first one has left happy. It made the schedule harder to run. It also meant people started coming back, and bringing their families.

Nine years on, the studio is bigger and the team has grown to six senior stylists and four assistants, but the rule has not moved. It is still the reason most of our new clients arrive: somebody they trust sent them.

Protect the hair first

We will talk you out of a service that will damage your hair, even when you have asked for it and the money is on the table. A shade we can reach safely beats a shade we can only reach once.

Quote before we start

You hear the full price, service, products and any add-ons, before the cape goes on. Nothing is added to the bill at the counter that was not agreed in the chair.

One standard for everyone

A child fringe trim gets the same clean tools, the same attention and the same senior eye as a bridal booking. There is no B-team chair in this salon.

What sets us apart

Five things you will not find at most salons on this road.

Not slogans. Operating decisions, each one with a cost we have chosen to absorb.

A hygiene protocol you can watch. Shears and combs go into UV sterilisation between clients, capes and towels are single-use then laundered, and colour bowls are washed in front of you.
Senior stylists only on the floor. Assistants shampoo, prep and learn. Whoever is holding the scissors has at least five years behind a chair.
A screened family and bridal cabin. A separate, private room with its own basin and mirror, so a family booking never means sitting on the open floor.
A daylight-balanced colour bar. Colour is mixed and checked under 5000K lighting, so the shade you approve indoors is the shade you see in the street.
Aftercare that is not a sales pitch. You leave with written instructions and an honest answer about which two products actually matter, often ones you already own.
