Walk-ins are welcome whenever a chair is free, and on quieter weekday mornings that is most of the time. But Saturdays, evenings after 6 PM and the whole week before Eid book out. For those, an appointment is the only reliable way in. Booking also means the stylist you want is the stylist you get.
A root touch-up runs 60 to 90 minutes, a global colour 90 to 150, and balayage or full highlights three to four hours including the toner and bond treatment. We give you a realistic figure when you book, so you can plan the rest of your day around it.
Usually, but not always, and that is exactly why we strand-test. If your hair has been through repeated bleaching, henna or a recent keratin service, we test a hidden section first and show you the result. If it is not safe to lift, we tell you and suggest a shade we can reach without damage.
Yes. There is a screened private cabin with its own basin and mirror, used for ladies services, bridal bookings, kids and family appointments. If you would like the cabin specifically, mention it when you book so we can hold it for your slot.
Four to six weeks for peak wedding season, and at least two weeks in any case so we can fit the trial in. The trial matters: it is where we settle the hair, the dupatta setting and the timings, so the morning itself is calm.
Cash, debit and credit cards, and bank or mobile-wallet transfer. For bridal packages we take a partial advance to hold the date, with the balance settled on the day.
We are on Saidpur Road in Rawalpindi, easy to reach from the surrounding neighbourhoods and a short drive from Islamabad. There is street parking directly outside; if it is full at the weekend, the side lane alongside the building usually has space.
